    • Wedding,  The Morning Call  Anita Grow and Michael Mikovich exchanged wedding vows recently in Faith Assembly of God, West Hazleton.  Debbie ZELLNER, the bride’s sister, and Robert McMichael were honor attendants.  The bridge is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John ZELLNER of West Hazleton.  A graduate of West Hazleton High School, she owns and operates Anita Mikovich’s Hair Design Studio, Allentown.  The bridegroom, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Mikovich of Nesquehoning, graduated from Panther Valley High School.  He is employed at Mack Trucks, Inc.  They are residing in Whitehall.

ZELLNER took place August 5 in Cedar Lutheran Church, Cetronia.  Ann Wotring was matron of Honor and Barry Albertson, Jr. was best man.  Mr and Mrs. Alton Kuhns of Allentown and Mr. and Mrs. Alton ZELLNER of Wescosville are parents of the couple.  The bridge who graduated from Allen High School and Lehigh County Community College is a physical therapy assistant at Muhlenberg Hospital Center.  The bridegroom, a graduate of Emmaus High School, Pennsylvania State University and the University of Oklahoma, is a physician’s assistant at Sacred Heart Hospital in the emergency room.  The newlyweds will reside in Allentown.

ZELLNER, were married yesterday in Church of the Good Shepherd, Alburtis.  Beth Lichtenwalner was maid of honor and William Foley was best man.  Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Reinbold of Alburtis and Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. ZELLNER of Emmaus are parents of the couple.  The bride and bridegroom are Emmaus High School graduates.  Mrs. ZELLNER is a secretary at Eastern Consolidated Utilities, Inc.  ZELLNER is an apprentice with Steamfitters Local 420 employed by Herman Goldner Co., Inc.  They will reside in Emmaus.

    • Anniversary  Mr. and Mrs. Charles ZELLNER of Emmaus observed their 40th wedding anniversary Monday.  They were honored by family and friends with a surprise dinner May 2, give by their five children, at the Emmaus VFW post.  The ZELLNERS have five grandchildren.  Mr. ZELLNER is employed by Funari & Brogna Co., Allentown.

    • Anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. ZELLNER, residents of Emmaus for 40 years, were feted with a dinner at the Village Inn to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.  Eight Grandchildren attended.  The event was given by their sons and daughters-in law, Charles W. and Janet, Chris B and Sue-Ann of Allentown, daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl L. and Dennis Felegy and Corrine D. and Dale Hetrick, both of Emmaus, and son, Carson B. of St. Lucia, West Indies.  The couple also will celebrate with a trip to Las Vegas given by their children.  Mr. and Mrs. ZELLNER were Married on May 6, 1945, at Dubbs Memorial Church, Allentown.  ZELLNER is a veteran of World War II, served with the 3rd Marine Air Wing and is a past commander of Allentown Amvets Post No 1.  Before retirement he was a union pipefitter for 54 years and was the financial secretary of the Steamfitters Local Union 670 for 16 years.

Bruce Edward Stuesse were married yesterday in Memorial Chapel, Marine Corps Air Station, New River, N.C.  The wedding  took place on the 63rd anniversary of the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Shupp of Allentown.  Sandra Daniels, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.  Bradley Struesse, the bridegroom’s brother, was the best man.  The bride is a daughter of Nancy A. ZELLNER of Macungie and the late Francis ZELLNER,.  Mr. and Mrs. Ralph W. Struesse of Beufort, MO are the bridegroom’s parents.  The bride is a graduate of Nazareth High School.  The bridegroom, who graduated from Union High School in Missouri, is a sergeant with the Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC.  Stuesse has served with the Marine Corps for six years.  The newlyweds will reside in St. Louis, Mo in August.

ZELLNER of Bethlehem, R4.  Prior to marriage, Mrs. ZELLNER, a Kutztown University graduate, was a teen counselor at Saucon Valley Community Center.  ZELLNER, who graduated from Pennsylvania State University, is an electrical engineer at Patauxent River Naval Air Test Center.  They will reside in California, Md.

John ZELLNER of Slatington.  The bridegroom is a son of Bertha Griffith, also of Slatington, and the late Roland Griffith.  A graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School and Bloomsburg University, the bride is a high school business teacher in Wilson Area School District.  The bridegroom, who graduated from Northern Lehigh High School and Lehigh Carbon Community College is a senior at Kutztown University in Telecommunications and a sales counselor at Circuit City.

Henning, Washington, N.J.  Her Husband graduated from Phillipsburg High School and is an employee of Sheridan Printing, Alpha, NJ  The Newlyweds will reside in Phillipsburg.

ZELLNER of Coplay, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary last   Sunday.  They are parents of two sons, Timothy, stationed with the Navy in Roda, Spain and Jonathan of California.  There is one granddaughter.  ZELLNER, employed at Fuller Company in Allentown and Mrs. ZELLNER, employed at Sacred Heart Hospital, will celebrate with a trip to Florida.

McSpadden of San Diego and Mr. and Mrs. Robert ZELLNER of Coplay R 1.  A graduate of Kearny High School in San Diego and San Diego Mesa College, Mrs. ZELLNER is a telemarketing representative for Johnson & Johnson “A”Co., Inc, in San Diego.  ZELLNER, who graduated from Ft. Myers High School in Florida is serving with the Navy in San Diego, where the Newlyweds are residing.

(Fink) ZELLNER of Allentown, marked their 60th wedding anniversary Nov 12.  A dinner, hosted by their family, was held October 31, at Howard’s Restaurant, Nazareth.  They have a son, Robert of Gettysburg; a daughter, Sandra Yeakel of Nazareth, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Mrs. and Mrs. ZELLNER, former residents of Nazareth for 48 years, were married in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Allentown.  They were founders of the former Nazareth Youth Band.  The ZELLNERs, who have resided in Allentown for 12 years, are members of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Nazareth, where ZELLNER is a member of the church orchestra.  ZELLNER, a veteran who served in the European Theater in the 83rd Division with the Army, is retired from C. F. Martin & Co., Inc.
